high pain, low effort

Not doing so well this morning… nor last night. This thing happens (seemingly randomly) where either my left or my right shoulder Trap area knots up and fuuuucking hurts. It’s that way for a week or less. Usually less because I baby it and get a lot of hot showers in and then some massage help.

It’s just awful.

Anyway, it’s recording night for my Star Wars Podcast! Woo! BUT before that I have to hurry and make it to my eye doctor to pick up my new glasses. I’m effing excited about them! they are friggen adorable!

Aaaaaaand that’s all I got. My effort is pretty low right now while my pain is pretty high.
