Life Update!

I don’t know why I bother even trying to come up with a post title before I even start typing. I never ACTUALLY know what exactly I’ll be talking about… making I kind of do this time around. Maybe.

Happy New Years! I guess that’s still applicable since it’s… well I was going to say Jan but it’s actually Feb now. Whoops. I skipped a couple of months it seems. I’m currently working on updating this website to reflect more of me rather than a bunch of D&D stuff. I also would love to get an actual shop set up to sell some of my art eventually. That’s a little ways off.

This is the year of moving. I have to get out of this house, I’ve been here too long and need a larger/different place. I need my own office… currently my PC set up is in the freaking living room and it drives me nuts. The house was great for the time we needed it at least.

On a more personal note, the issues with my mother has been mostly figured out. She had a few things go wrong with her… the first was a mix up of meds that caused her leg muscles to break down and her kidneys to fail. During all of this time, she is still losing blood somewhere… but she wasn’t really. She just wasn’t making any because she has this sneaky kind of blood cancer that’s super hard to diagnose and even harder to “fix” in any way. She’s having to take weekly stem cell injections and iron infusions. It’s all just kind of overwhelming and a bit crazy but this all came out between Thanksgiving and Christmas. She officially was diagnosed Dec 22nd last year. Merry Christmas. 🙄

I think that’s my biggest updates currently… except that I’m still burnt out on D&D and cannot wait to wrap up the campaigns I’m running.
