Embracing Chaos

Life can still be an absolute total bitch at times, and there are those particular days when it truly feels like nothing goes right; but at least my homebrew D&D campaign has finally taken flight—session two is officially scheduled for March 1st, and I couldn't possibly be more excited about it! Meanwhile, my two fuzzy little emotional support cats are just being absolute stars as usual, always ready to snuggle up and lend their adorable charm to make the heavy blues a little bit lighter and more bearable. On the flip side, work has me feeling seriously burnt out and almost ready to despise it after that ridiculous acquisition debacle; it's hard to shake off that frustration! But I’m still trucking along, because what else can I do in the face of adversity? Embracing the chaos and celebrating the small victories, just like a wise dungeon master guiding an eager group of heroes through their treacherous journey, is the very best I can manage right now in this whirlwind of life.
