A few updates for now

It’s officially Autumn. The most wonderful time of the year. Now if the weather would only behave like Autumn. Get out of the 80s already, jeeze!

Aside from being grateful for the hopefully cooler temps and Halloween season, I’m still worried about my Bellaboo. Historically, October isn’t a great month for pets in this family. We’ve lost a few over this month and (even while my favourite month) it still makes me worry more than normal. Bella seems to be okay and maybe this is the new normal for her at this age. I’ve never had a 15yr old cat before. Growing up, all of the cats I “had” were farm cats and usualy something in the wild got them before they go too old.

Travis has a work trip coming up where he’ll be gone for a chunk of time, I’m super not looking forward to it but it’s not like he can just NOT do it. It’ll help him in the long run. I really just don’t want to be alone here if anything bad happens with Bella. Great timing, right? Thanks life.

The American Royal is this weekend, undecided if I’ll be going or not. I have ticket but also have a lot of other things to do as well.
